Make sure to proofread all of your print materials, website copy, Facebook status updates, etc.  It should be completely free of spelling or gramatical errors and it should make sense!  Have someone that does not work in your industry proofread your material to make sure that your point gets across to any type of reader. You and your business can instantly lose credibility by using the wrong their/there or your/you’re.
